muerri · your valorant game journal

without burning out

drop by after every match — a minute later I'll already be showing you on the map what you can't see from inside the game. while you still remember every round, it's easy: warm, to the point, and no late-night VOD grind.

after every match

  1. the match is over Sunset, 13:3. you still remember every round — the best time to look at it.
  2. you drop by give it a minute — and a new episode is ready:episode 1One route, one sightline
  3. you read what went beautifully, where they catch you, and what we'll agree on for next match.
  4. next match I'll notice it on my own — and the first thing I'll check is how our agreement went.

what the map shows

I didn't see your screen.
I see the map.

every death, every shot, where it came from and who was nearby — it all lands on the real match map. and out of those dots, something you can't spot from inside the match takes shape.

01
habits
the same route into the same zone — and the same sightline every time. from the inside it feels like bad luck.
02
your opponent's read
which opponent figured out your game before you did — and exactly how they keep catching you.
03
your strong spots
the map doesn't only show where it hurts. where you win rounds shows too — and that's yours.

the journal

your game gets a story

every ranked match becomes an episode — with an opening, its best moments and a promise for the next one. I remember what we agreed on, and a month from now you'll see not a pile of matches, but your path.

an episode after every ranked match
the match is over — open your journal, and a minute later there's a new episode: with a number, a title, and what went beautifully.
a promise for the next one
every episode ends with one agreement. and the next one starts with a check: did it work out or not.
a path you can see
the journal turns episodes into a trajectory: what's growing, what's holding, which map takes from you and which one gives back. and you can see you've really made progress.

if you just love to play

there's not much warmth in the game.
here there's enough for every match.

teammates go quiet or start yelling, and a loss is something you want to forget fast. here I look at every match — and your clutch, that $2000 buy, I'll notice first.

voice chat, after the match

  • …silence
  • gg
  • where were you even?

with me

  • “I especially like this moment.”
  • “I like how calmly that was done: the round is yours.”
  • “well, that was a match. let's go see what was going on in there.”

and without even planning to get better, one day you notice you are.

why it works

you don't repeat what costs too much

what holds you back isn't a lack of tips — it's how much every review costs you.

reviewing yourself
almost never
hard and unpleasant. so almost nobody does it.
an hour with a coach
rarely
it drains you, and it comes a day later, when the game has already gone cold.
muerri
after every match
right away, while the game is still warm, and so gently you actually want to open it. so — every time. and it adds up.

growth is made of what you do every time.
that's why — without burning out.

questions

what people usually ask

which matches do you review?

ranked — competitive mode. other modes aren't reviewed for now.

how fast does a review arrive?

the first one — right after you link your account, from your latest ranked match, in about a minute. after that: play, open your journal, and the fresh episode builds right in front of you. and if you don't drop by, I still go through new matches in the background every half hour.

do I need my Riot password or demo uploads?

no. just your in-game name and tag — I fetch the matches myself.

how is this different from a tracker?

a tracker shows numbers: KD, ADR, headshots. I show why it went that way: where you get picked off, who has a read on you, what worked — and agree with you on what to try next match, then check on it.

how is this different from a coach?

a coach goes through one game — a day later, for an hour, and afterwards you usually need a break. I look at every match you play right away, while it's still warm, and I remember all the earlier ones: I see what keeps repeating and what you've already fixed. a coach is for the big talk — I'm for every evening.

how much is it, and does it auto-renew?

the first 3 days everything is open for free — all you need is an email. after that, a week of full access is €5.99. it's a one-off payment: nothing renews on its own, and you take the next week only if you want to.

kindly. and your rank climbs.

play a match.
I'll handle the rest.
