1. General provisions

This document constitutes a public offer by Andrei Valerievich Shishmakov, acting as a self-employed professional income taxpayer, INN 861501922618 (the “Contractor”), addressed to any individual (the “Customer”), to enter into an agreement for the provision of information services on the terms set out below.

Payment for services by the Customer through the muerri.shop website constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this offer.

2. Subject of the agreement

The Contractor provides the Customer with access to information materials in the field of gaming training (video courses, written guides, training plans and personalised reviews of game recordings) published on muerri.shop, and the Customer pays for these services in the manner and on the terms stated on the website.

3. Provision of services

• The Customer selects a product on muerri.shop and pays using an available payment method (bank card or the Faster Payments System).
• After successful payment, access to the selected product is automatically enabled in the Customer's personal account on muerri.shop.
• Access to purchased materials is provided indefinitely unless otherwise expressly stated in the description of a particular product.
• Personalised services (reviews of game recordings) are provided within 5 business days after payment and receipt of the necessary materials from the Customer. During periods of high demand, this period may be extended to 30 business days; the Contractor will notify the Customer separately.
• The Contractor may limit the number of personalised reviews available to order at one time. If the limit is reached, the product will temporarily become unavailable for purchase until new slots are opened.

4. Price and payment

The price of each service is shown on muerri.shop next to the description of the relevant product. Payment is made in Russian roubles through the YooKassa payment service.

5. Refunds

Because the subject of the agreement is information services to which access is granted immediately after payment, payments for access that has already been enabled are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by the laws of the Russian Federation.

If access to a paid product was not enabled due to a technical issue on the Contractor's side, the Customer is entitled to either a full refund or access being provided again, at the Customer's choice.

6. Rights and obligations of the parties

The Contractor shall provide access to the paid materials in accordance with section 3. The Customer shall not share access to purchased materials with third parties or distribute them publicly.

7. Liability

The parties are liable for failure to perform or improper performance of this agreement in accordance with the applicable laws of the Russian Federation.

8. Term and amendments

This offer remains effective indefinitely and may be amended unilaterally by the Contractor. Amendments take effect when a new edition is published on muerri.shop and apply to orders placed after that date. Services paid for before an amendment remain subject to the edition that was effective at the time of payment.
